Contact, in English:
let’s talk about your strategy.
The fastest route: suggest a time. I get back to you within 24 hours with a concrete slot. The intro call takes 15 minutes, by phone or video, without sales pressure. Or simply send me a message below.
Not sure a buy-to-let fits your situation? 60-second fit check
A quick question in between? Just write or call. I answer personally, in English.
Who answers you
You are not writing to an inbox, you are writing to me. I am Stefanie Petzold, in banking since 2014 and developing residential property since 2019. I buy apartments in the Rhine-Main region myself, renovate them, let them and sell them from my own portfolio. That is why my answers on financing, rent levels and yield come from my own calculations rather than from a sales brochure. I work with international buyers regularly and handle the entire process in English.
When you can reach me
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central European Time, by phone and by email. I reply to messages within 24 hours as a rule, usually faster on working days. If you write outside those hours, the answer will be waiting the next morning. For a short question an email is enough, anything concrete is quicker on a call.
How the first call works
It takes 15 to 20 minutes, by phone or video. We cover three things: what you want an investment apartment to achieve, what your income and equity situation allows, and whether that adds up at current interest rates. You get an honest assessment, including the version where I tell you to wait. No documents are needed, a rough idea of income and savings is enough. If German tax residency, financing as a non-resident or the property transfer tax are open questions for you, we cover those as well.
Where I am based
My office is in Hattersheim am Main, between Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and the airport. From Frankfurt central station the S1 or S2 takes about 15 minutes to Hattersheim, then a short walk. By car the route runs along the A66, and there is parking on site. Please arrange visits in advance so that I am actually there and not standing on a building site.
