What this site does, and doesn’t do
- ◆No cookies: the site sets no cookies at all. Optional services are managed through a consent banner; your choice is stored only on your device (local storage) and can be changed any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- ◆Analytics only with consent: cookieless web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics, no personal profiles, no stored IP addresses) load only after you opt in to the “Statistics” category, legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- ◆Self-hosted fonts: fonts are served from this website, no request goes to Google Fonts.
- ◆No advertising pixels: no Meta, Google Ads or comparable third-party trackers are embedded.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, technical data (IP address, browser, time of request) is processed in server logs to deliver the site securely. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Forms: contact, call-back request, fit check
If you use the contact form, the call-back request or the fit check, the data you enter (name, email, phone, your message or answers) is emailed to us via the service Resend Inc. (USA) and used solely to answer your enquiry or prepare the call. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Fit-check answers stay in your browser until you actively submit them. Data is not used for newsletters and not shared for advertising.
Booking calendar (Cal.com)
Appointments are booked through Cal.com (USA). The calendar is embedded on our appointment page but is only loaded after you consent, either via the “External services” category of the cookie banner or directly with the “Load calendar” button, and no data reaches the provider before that. Legal basis for loading is your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; the banner choice can be withdrawn any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, the per-click choice lasts for the current browser session only. Once activated, the provider processes technical data (IP address, browser) and the booking details you enter; transfers to the US rely on the EU standard contractual clauses, Art. 46 GDPR. The provider’s own privacy notice applies in addition.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future.
